Shipping policy

The Druzy Deer, LLC:

- only ships within the United States of America,

- is not responsible for theft/lost/stolen packages,

- is not responsible for shipping disputes,

- makes every effort to properly package items, if items arrive damaged, contact the currier who delivered the item,

- in the event an additional address discrepancy fee is charged by the currier as a result of incorrect address information being provided to The Druzy Deer, LLC/during checkout, you will be responsible for paying the extra fee,

- requires notification prior to payment if you want a signature confirmation upon delivery,

- shipping costs are subject to change at any time, without notice, and

- will ship items within 7 business days of payment being received, unless other communication has been made.
