Claims made in person (i.e., not on a live sale/social media) take priority over items listed for sale on this domain. 

Claiming crystals/stones/jewlery ("items") via social media ("social media": includes live sales, posts and/or direct/private messages) is providing consent to The Druzy Deer, LLC to list claims (see "listing" definition below) on this domain under your social media handle/username. 

Once a listing is posted to this domain ("listing": an individual item posted by The Druzy Deer, LLC or a listing specific to an individual who claimed item(s) via social media), no modification/putbacks may occur (e.g., a listing containing 5 items cannot remove any item(s)).

Unless communications have been made with The Druzy Deer, LLC, payments not received within 72 hours of the listing being posted, will receive an additional late payment fee of $5.00.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Non-payment will result in loss of claim(s)/listing(s), being blocked and being unable to purchase from the Druzy Deer, LLC in the future. Your social media username may be shared with other crystal sellers.

The Druzy Deer, LLC reserves the right to cancel listings at any time with no prior notice. 

If, after claims have been made, The Druzy Deer, LLC is made aware that the claimer is a known scammer or non-payer, claims/listings will be cancelled with no prior notice or explaination. 

The Druzy Deer, LLC only allows purchases within the United States of America.

You must be 18 or older to purchase.

The Druzy Deer, LLC does not have a geologist or reiki healer on staff. The Druzy Deer, LLC relies on the material's information provided from the supplier purchased from. The Druzy Deer, LLC is not responsible for mis-identification of items purchased.

Any healing or methaphysical properties mentioned on this domain, during live sales on social media or in social media posts are not substitute for physical, mental or spiritual advice. Items sold are natural materials from the earth (unless otherwise specified) and are not perfect. Each item has it's own lines, crevaces, openings, texture, etc. Items look different in different types of lighting and is not responsible for items appearing different  once it is received in person. 

The Druzy Deer, LLC will upload listings to this domain within 2 business days of claiming and is not responsible for notifying you your listing is posted.
